About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an experienced Eu Engineering Team Coordinator to join their team in Monza, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the European engineering team, which includes Project Managers, Cost Controllers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for design.
• Oversee the follow-up and execution of capital projects within the region.
• Lead technical discussions and selection processes across the region, ensuring adherence to standardization and GEP procedures.
• Support regional sites by providing effective design capabilities.
• Assist regional sites in addressing design issues.
• Coordinate information and technical solutions with external design companies for awarded design projects.

Requirements

• Experience in coordinating teams, including project managers, cost controllers, and design experts.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and drive selection processes.
• Familiarity with standardization and GEP procedures.
• Experience supporting sites with design capabilities and addressing design issues.
• Skills in coordinating information and technical solutions with external design partners.
