Drug Product Development Proposal Specialist

About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a dedicated and experienced Drug Product Development Proposal Specialist to join our team in Monza, Italy. This is an onsite position where you will play a crucial role in developing compelling bid proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage local quotation activities upon confirmation of site selection.
• Review technical strategies developed by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Engage in dialogue with SMEs to identify alternative solutions or adjust project scope as needed.
• Develop the draft technical scope, high-level timelines, and price estimates for bid proposals.
• Utilize current quoting processes, tools, and templates to prepare accurate proposals.
• Collaborate with relevant departments, including Legal, where appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Drug Product Development.
• Demonstrated ability to function as a Proposal Specialist.
• Experience in developing Technical Strategy.
• Skills in defining project Scope and creating Price Estimates.
• Familiarity with quoting processes, tools, and templates.
