About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Motive, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business with our largest prospects. You will target impactful companies within the physical economy across North America. This role is a key part of our investment in the Enterprise segment, where you will lead the charge in selling the value of our products and the business outcomes achievable with Motive.
You will sell across various industries, including trucking, oil & gas, construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and consumer transit. We are looking for individuals who are receptive to feedback, eager to learn, possess strong technical aptitude, and have a high attention to detail. A collaborative, "win-as-a-team" mentality is essential in our fast-paced, high-standard environment.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and secure new Enterprise business by building key executive relationships within target accounts.
- Drive expansion within key accounts by understanding client businesses deeply and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Leverage executive relationships to win RFPs and grow contractual business.
- Collaborate with your account team, utilizing customer analytics and resources to optimize client decisions.
- Identify and resolve issues by critically assessing situations and implementing effective solutions.
- Work with technical resources to demonstrate the power of integrations and our partner ecosystem.
- Plan and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas and business goals.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our technology platform and operations, providing feedback for product iteration.
- Continuously study market trends to offer consultative insights to clients.
About You
- You have extensive Enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of partnering with F1000 clients.
- You possess 4+ years of experience in SaaS or industry-relevant Enterprise field sales.
- You have a strong history of exceeding sales quotas and rapidly growing your book of business, supported by data.
- You can build rapport with executive decision-makers, influencing outcomes by understanding customer needs and Motive's solutions.
- You demonstrate a history of independent work with a data-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
- You possess best-in-class communication skills, effectively conveying value propositions and managing objections.
