About the Role
The Senior Customer Insights Analyst will play a crucial role within the Customer Insights Team, supporting our Customer Experience survey strategy. This position requires a deep understanding of survey development and research best practices to manage the end-to-end research process. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, passionate about data, and possesses strong analytical skills to identify themes, trends, and actionable insights across various Bright Horizons services. You will be responsible for designing, building, evaluating, and analyzing customer experience surveys, creating visualizations and reports that effectively communicate the customer's voice throughout the organization. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role requiring the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support research development and the end-to-end survey process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users throughout project design, including dashboard and reporting creation to communicate insights and ensure understanding.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for Customer Insights in research and analysis.
- Understand the context of data and its appropriate uses.
- Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on survey and report performance.
- Perform intermediate data transformations using Excel.
- Monitor the health of surveys and escalate issues to leadership.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of company operations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments.
- Exercise authority to design, distribute, and analyze surveys.
- Evaluate projects and methodologies to recommend optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years of experience in survey development and analysis.
- Experience with Qualtrics CX Platform, including survey programming, deployment, and dashboard mapping/design.
- A strong Customer Experience mindset.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work.
- Proficiency in Excel, including sorting, filtering, and intermediate formula creation.
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly.

- Compensation: Annual salary between $71,000 - $81,000. Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other relevant factors.
