About the Role

The Chopras is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Relationship Manager to join their team in Ludhiana. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on supporting students throughout their educational journey. You will play a crucial role in onboarding students, guiding them towards achieving their academic and career goals, and fostering a supportive community.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard students to the platform and educate them on how to effectively utilize the Student App.
• Demonstrate deep investment in students' goals and visions, helping them leverage platform resources to advance their objectives.
• Assist students in searching, discovering, and shortlisting opportunities aligned with their desired future.
• Act as a key influencer and connector, guiding students through important decisions such as course and university applications, and final university choices.
• Maintain resourcefulness by staying updated on changes in student preferences, evolving skills, emerging careers, and regulations within the international education landscape.
• Actively build and engage with the broader community to support your student base.
• Drive and accelerate daily, weekly, and monthly app usage and retention to help students progress through their educational stages.
