About the Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will combine your technical expertise with customer-facing sales support. You will engage with prospective customers to understand their unique requirements, deliver compelling product demonstrations, design effective technical solutions, and provide expert answers to technical questions. Your role will be crucial in supporting the entire sales process, from initial evaluations and proofs of concept to implementation planning. You will act as a key liaison between our sales, engineering, and customer success teams, ensuring customers adopt the optimal SOTI solution for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, acting as a professional and knowledgeable representative of SOTI.
- Conduct engaging onsite and remote demonstrations of SOTI products.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support to prospective customers.
- Analyze market segments and generate recommendations for product roadmaps.
- Investigate customer-reported issues and collaborate with internal product development teams for resolution.
- Offer pre- and post-sales technical support via email and telephone for SOTI's software products.
What We're Looking For
