About the Role

Beiersdorf SpA is seeking a motivated Shopper & Customer Intern to join their team in Milan. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience in the consumer goods industry, supporting key strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Shopper & Customer Intern, you will support the team in:

• Planning and implementing route-to-market strategies in collaboration with other departments.
• Coordinating creative and production agencies for product activations and marketing materials.
• Developing category management strategies and shopper insights.
• Conducting analyses to support sales canvassing, new product launches, and sales volume forecasting.
• Assisting in the annual planning process and tracking brand performance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or have recently graduated in a relevant field.
• Interest in route-to-market strategies, category management, and shopper insights.
• Familiarity with sales analysis and brand performance tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
