Order Desk Support (Internship)

About the Role

Samsung Electronics is seeking a motivated individual for an Order Desk Support Internship based in Milan. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in order management and customer care within the manufacturing industry. You will be supporting specific products, customers, and assigned activities, contributing to the smooth operation of our order desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Manage order requisites, enter, check, maintain, and process orders to meet targets.
• Back Office Support: Provide essential back-office support, including system settings, data updates, and price grid uploads.
• Monitoring: Ensure data correctness, track activity progress, and meet deadlines for assigned tasks.
• Reporting: Update data and generate reports, such as daily progress reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience or demonstrated interest in Order Management, Customer Care, Data Entry, Reporting, or Back Office operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic reporting.
