We are seeking a talented Senior Python, React & AI Engineer to join our team. This is a remote, contract position based in Latin America, with the potential for long-term collaboration. You will be instrumental in building and delivering a production-ready, AI-driven solution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain backend services using Python.
• Develop user interfaces with React.
• Design and implement APIs and data pipelines.
• Integrate and leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI workflows.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools for efficient coding.
• Write production-ready code in fast-paced settings.
• Collaborate effectively with client-facing teams.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full-stack).
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid experience with React.
• Hands-on experience building APIs and data pipelines.
• Experience working with LLMs or AI-driven workflows.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
• Ability to build and ship production-ready code quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working in client-facing roles.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure (App Services, Blob Storage, etc.).
• Background in document processing or structured data extraction.
• Familiarity with LLM validation patterns (e.g., LLM-as-judge).
• Experience working on early-stage or fast-moving projects.
