About the Role

Fundo, a digital venture in its pre-launch phase and supported by Maritime Ventures, is seeking a visionary CTO & Founder to lead the development of its next-generation platform for SME financing. As part of the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in making access to resources smarter, faster, and more intuitive for Small and Medium Enterprises. Fundo is backed by CDP Venture Capital and supported by key industrial and financial partners from Italy and Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision and strategy for Fundo's platform development.
• Drive the creation of a smart, fast, and intuitive platform designed to overcome the complexity of existing SME financing tools.
• Contribute to the venture building process, leveraging expertise in SME financing.
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee all aspects of technology development, from architecture to deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in platform development.
• Strong understanding of SME financing.
• Experience in venture building is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pre-launch environment.
