About the Role

SOS Il Telefono Azzurro ETS is seeking a senior Training and Development Manager to join their Programmes department. This role is based in Modena, Italy, with a requirement for travel within Italy and abroad. The Training and Development Manager will report to the Head of Programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage training and development programmes.
• Oversee the implementation of programmes.
• Travel as required for programme activities within Italy and internationally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Training and Development.
• Experience in Management.
• Experience in developing and managing Programmes.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
