About the Role

Rocco Forte Hotels is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to join the team at the stunning Villa Igiea in Palermo. Reopened in May 2021 after extensive refurbishment, Villa Igiea seamlessly blends contemporary design with its historic Liberty-style charm. Overlooking the flourishing gardens and the Gulf of Palermo, the hotel boasts 100 rooms and suites, a renowned culinary offering led by Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, and a dedicated Wellness Centre.

Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
• Anticipating and addressing guest needs to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Handling guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Resolving any guest issues or complaints with tact and diplomacy.
• Liaising with various hotel departments to coordinate guest services.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the guest's stay.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Essential skills and qualifications include:

• Proven experience in Guest Relations or a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
