Art In Voyage, a U.S.-based luxury boutique tour operator, is seeking a dedicated Travel Agent/Coordinator to join their team in Perugia, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on managing the intricate logistics of luxury travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics involved in planning and executing client trips.
• Make necessary reservations for travel, accommodation, and activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to create memorable and seamless client experiences.
• Collaborate closely with clients to finalize trip details before departure.
