Reschio is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Porter to join our team in Perugia. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

About the Role

As a Porter, you will be a key point of contact for our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure are smooth and comfortable. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall guest experience and the efficient operation of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the sorting and transportation of guests’ luggage upon arrival and departure, including tagging and providing claim checks.
• Deliver messages and items directly to guest rooms, following instructions from the Front Desk/Concierge.
• Perform errands for guests as requested by the Front Desk.
• Manage guest car parking, ensuring safety and order according to company procedures.
• Regularly monitor common areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable.

Requirements

• Experience in luggage handling and guest services is a plus.
• Familiarity with parking management procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to perform various errands efficiently.
• A proactive and helpful attitude.
