Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of high-quality treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate therapies tailored to their individual preferences.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and the overall spa area, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Promote the spa's services and products, offering expert advice on home care routines to guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in providing a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
• A strong understanding of wellness services and guest satisfaction principles.
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend personalized treatments.
