Health and Safety Specialist

In this role, you’ll implement vital steps to ensure everyone at your location works in a safe and healthy environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a difference to people every day by proactively keeping them safe, empowering them to feel confident in their roles and motivated to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain safety procedures and policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the workplace.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Health and Safety roles.
• Strong understanding of Risk Assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety best practices.
• Experience with Compliance requirements.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective Training.
