Intern - Management Systems Compliance

About the Role

Safilo is seeking a bright and motivated Intern to join the Management Systems Compliance team at our Padova Headquarters. This is a 6-month internship opportunity offering exposure to the key dynamics of the eyewear industry. You will have the chance to support, develop, and practice compliance activities related to sustainability, quality, occupational health and safety, and recycled material certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and development of compliance-related documentation.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of management systems.
• Contribute to activities focused on sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with quality management processes.
• Support health and safety compliance efforts.
• Help manage and track certifications, including those for recycled materials.

Requirements

• A proactive and motivated attitude.
• Interest in compliance, sustainability, quality management, and health and safety.
• Familiarity with certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
