About the Role

Kering Eyewear is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Accounting Officer to join our team in Padova. This is a permanent, onsite executive position responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including the closing of the financial statements.
• Manage and improve accounting and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Lead the budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Manage auditing activities and relationships with external auditors.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Budgeting, and Financial Planning.
• Proven track record in a senior accounting leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
