Amazon Italia Transport Srl is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Padova. As an integral part of Amazon's operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient fulfillment and dispatch of orders to our customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Intermediate proficiency in the local language (Italian).
• Demonstrated experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
• Relevant experience in key areas of production and supply chains.
