You will collaborate closely with product managers, quant researchers, product specialists, feed operations, product marketers, and engineering partners to serve a diverse range of systematic users.
Key Responsibilities
- Quant Platform & Factor Library Development:
- Define and own product specifications for our factor library, including definitions, coverage rules, methodologies, and QA frameworks.
- Build and scale a standardized factor taxonomy across multiple proprietary datasets.
- Collaborate with quant research to translate raw research into repeatable, productized factor pipelines.
- Sequence the factor library development from beta to a complete offering.
- Signal-to-Pipeline Engineering Partnership:
- Partner with engineering to transform quant research signals into scalable factor computation and delivery pipelines.
- Define product requirements for factor infrastructure, including reference data, identifiers, and automated QA.
- Ensure factor pipelines are stable, accurate, and delivered consistently.
- Customer Research & End-Market Strategy:
- Conduct customer research to understand systematic end-user needs and workflows.
- Translate customer insights into a product prioritization pipeline serving various quant buyer needs.
- Support pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning decisions.
- Go-to-Market & Commercial Accountability:
- Partner with revenue and product marketing teams to build go-to-market plans for signals.
- Share ARR and P&L accountability for owned quant products.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists to enable sales motions and client conversations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Engineering on technical approach, infrastructure, and reliability.
- Work closely with Quant Researchers to define research requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Feed Operations on day-to-day delivery and operational improvements.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to drive retention and client satisfaction.
Requirements

- Deep familiarity with the quant/systematic investing workflow, including factor construction, backtesting, and portfolio construction.
- Experience defining and shipping data-intensive or quantitative products (e.g., factor feeds, signal libraries, analytics platforms).
- Proven ability to translate quantitative research into product and engineering requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across research, engineering, sales, and marketing in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent customer research skills with sophisticated quant buyers.
- Strong commercial instinct, with comfort in ARR accountability, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a quantitative hedge fund, systematic asset manager, or alternative data provider.
- Familiarity with alternative data and its use in systematic strategies.
- Understanding of factor model frameworks and alpha signal evaluation.
- Experience building or managing data delivery infrastructure.
- Comfort with Python, SQL, or similar tools for data exploration.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
- Flexible work hours and vacation policy.
- Generous 401K match, parental leave, team events, wellness budget, and learning reimbursement.
- An environment focused on mastery, ownership, and transparency, where growth is determined by impact.
