About the Role
We are seeking a high-performance Ad Creative Producer with specialized experience in the iGaming, online casino, sweepstakes, or betting sectors. This is a critical performance marketing role where your creative output directly influences Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall revenue. You will be responsible for generating highly engaging ad concepts, leading rapid testing cycles, collaborating daily with User Acquisition Managers, optimizing creatives based on real-time data, and operating within a compliance-sensitive framework. You will report to the Ad Creative Lead and work closely with the User Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation and development of high-converting ad creatives, incorporating casino-native themes (e.g., jackpots, wins, bonuses, urgency, competition, FOMO), gameplay visuals, user-generated content (UGC) styles, and AI-generated assets.
- Ensure all creative content strictly adheres to sweepstakes regulations and ad platform policies.
- Execute rapid iteration of creative concepts based on performance data, maintaining a high production velocity for Meta and Google Display campaigns.
- Develop and implement systematic A/B testing frameworks, identify successful creative patterns, and scale top-performing assets.
- Analyze creative-level metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, CVR, CPA, ROAS), formulate hypotheses based on observed trends, provide structured performance insights, and continuously refine messaging and creative hooks.
- Stay abreast of current iGaming and sweepstakes advertising trends, analyze competitor creatives and funnels, identify emerging angles in online casino advertising, and remain informed about compliance and policy updates.
- Collaborate closely with User Acquisition Managers, designers, and content creators to execute creative concepts, actively participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute to the enhancement of internal creative systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ad creative production with a demonstrable track record of creating high-performing performance ads.
- Proven experience within the iGaming, online casino, sweepstakes, or betting industries, including experience in compliance-sensitive or regulated advertising verticals.
- A strong understanding of the Meta and Google Ads ecosystems, with in-depth knowledge of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Experience in implementing structured creative testing frameworks and proficiency with AI tools for creative production, encompassing image, video, scripting, and editing.
- The ability to analyze data effectively and derive actionable insights to optimize creative performance.
Location
Ruby Labs operates within the Central European Time (CET) zone. We welcome applications from candidates located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET to ensure optimal collaboration and communication during standard working hours.
