Starhotels is excited to announce the upcoming opening of the Hotel Gabrielli in Venice in Spring 2025. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and create a memorable atmosphere for our guests.

About the Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating all aspects of the restaurant department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless operations and elevating the quality of service to align with Starhotels' strategic vision. This is a permanent, onsite position located in the heart of Venice.

Key Responsibilities

• Master the organization of all activities related to the management and coordination of the restaurant department.
• Improve the quality of services offered in accordance with company strategy.
• Coordinate restaurant operations to create a memorable guest experience.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Restaurant Management.
• Strong understanding of Operations Coordination.
