About the Role

As a Team Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating our retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will foster a strong client-focused culture, providing guidance and support to your team members in all aspects of their work, particularly in clienteling.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the team in reaching sales targets.
• Foster a client culture within the team, supporting them in clienteling activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Sales, Customer Experience, and Team Supervision.
• Strong background in Retail Management and Clienteling.
• A passion for luxury retail and the Hermès brand.
