Project Coordinator, IT Infrastructure (Remote)

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting exciting infrastructure-driven projects for Fortune 500 customers. You will work with highly motivated individuals on high-performance teams, contributing to our global infrastructure planning and deployment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and understand documentation deliverables for multiple IT projects.
- Gather necessary documentation from customers.
- Assist with or manage oversight of all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, document assumptions and constraints, and aid in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and costs are measured, tracked, and reported.
- Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Ensure all project issues are captured, resolved, and documented.
- Actively participate in and/or lead project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Provide input for status reports and program portfolio reviews.
- Coordinate a wide variety of project and/or program-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of IT Project Coordination or Project Management experience.
- Experience supporting external customers in a professional services and/or managed services environment.
- Exposure to IT Infrastructure projects and project management methodologies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Outlook.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Experience with financial processes, including understanding, analyzing, and creating financial reports.
- Understanding of project management industry standard frameworks and the development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines.
- Experience with T-scheduling for planning, monitoring, and controlling project timelines.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with customers and co-workers.
- Strong team-building and problem-solving skills.
