Influencer & Creator Relations (Part-Time/Intern) - 100% Remote

Since 2017, we've also been renting out our hammocks and lounge solutions to festivals across Europe. About the Role

This is a part-time role (approximately 7.5 hours per week) with a pay rate of €18 per hour. You will be the primary point of contact for HÄNG with influencers and creators. You'll take ownership of our existing influencer collaboration process, from initial outreach to the final post. Your key focus will be building and maintaining positive relationships, ensuring a friendly and approachable experience for everyone you interact with.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable creators and influencers across Outdoor, Lifestyle, and Travel niches (Micro to Mid-tier).
• Craft personalized outreach messages, moving beyond generic templates.
• Persuade creators to collaborate and manage the deal process through to signing.
• Oversee ongoing collaborations, tracking deadlines, content submissions, and approvals.
• Follow up on tasks in a friendly yet consistent manner.
• Serve as the main point of contact for creator inquiries, including product questions, briefings, and goodwill decisions.
• Maintain and update our creator database, ensuring clean and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to inspire enthusiasm for new things, both in writing and in person.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously without losing track.
• Genuine kindness, patience, and a sincere interest in people are essential.
• A keen eye for matching creators with brand aesthetics.
• Experience with influencer collaborations, creator outreach, or social media is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is equally valued.
