About the Role

GOFO EXPRESS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team in Padua. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate warehouse data, including verifying stock quantities and storage locations.
• Scan and register labels for incoming and outgoing goods, and input this information into the company system.
• Enter daily operational data, such as barcodes, stock-keeping units, and batch numbers.
• Verify and process orders, shipping, and receiving documents to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare necessary transport documents prior to shipment.
• Scan and archive related shipping and receiving files.
• Collaborate closely with UPS and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Experience with warehouse data management.
• Familiarity with verifying stock quantities.
• Proficiency in scanning and data entry.
• Understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to input operational data accurately.
• Experience preparing transport documents is a plus.
