About the Role
The Payroll Specialist EMEA will be a key part of the People & Culture team, reporting to the People Partner. This role is primarily based in our Novara office, with hybrid working arrangements including travel to our Milan office (1-2 days per week). You will work in close contact with employees, liaise with our external payroll provider, and collaborate with the Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll for the EMEA region.
- Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Collaborate with the Finance department on payroll-related matters.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations in the EMEA region.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll processing, specifically within the EMEA region.
- Familiarity with finance and HR processes.
- Experience within the fashion industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
