About the Role

Hitachi Rail is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join our team in Genova, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position contributing to our mission of developing superior rail transport solutions worldwide. As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR management with the Group's strategies and vision, particularly concerning global human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Globally support the alignment between Group/Company strategies and HR Management in terms of Global Mobility.
• Manage international assignments and expatriate processes.
• Oversee relocation services for employees.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies related to global mobility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Global Mobility.
• Strong understanding of HR Management principles.
• Experience with International Assignments and Expatriate Management.
• Familiarity with Relocation processes.
