About the Role

As an Instructor within the Wärtsilä Land and Sea Academy (WLSA), you will play a crucial role in educating and developing our workforce in the fields of Automation and Electrical systems. This onsite position is based in Trieste, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training and instruction on Automation and Electrical systems.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of training programs.
• Support the Field Service team with technical expertise.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards in all training activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Automation and Electrical systems.
• Experience as an Instructor or in a training-related role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Field Service operations.
• Strong understanding of E&A (Electrical & Automation) principles.
• A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
