Finance Executive

About the Role

Jotun Group is seeking a Finance Executive to join their team in Trieste, Italy. This permanent, onsite position will play a crucial role in supporting the company's credit control and finance functions. You will be instrumental in monitoring the collection process, reviewing debtors, and minimizing financial risk to secure Jotun's financial position in alignment with the company's business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the credit control function by monitoring the collection process with customers and the sales force.
• Review debtors to minimize financial risk and secure Jotun's financial position.
• Support the Finance function by preparing and executing tasks.
• Timely processing of book entries.
• Prepare required information and reports in line with internal and external requirements to ensure correct financial data is available.

Requirements

• Experience in credit control.
• Proficiency in finance and financial risk management.
• Experience with reporting and book entries.
