Woolrich is seeking a motivated Junior Facilities Specialist to join our team in Bologna. This is a fixed-term contract position.

About the Role

The Junior Facilities Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring an optimal working environment for all employees. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance services for buildings and equipment, as well as promoting safety conditions across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate external contractors and vendors for the maintenance of buildings and equipment. This includes our headquarters, offices, showrooms, and retail stores.
• Monitor and manage both routine and extraordinary maintenance activities and schedules.
• Ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of all facilities.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Familiarity with maintenance processes.
• Skills in vendor management and coordination.
• Understanding of safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
