About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be a vital part of our future success, playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional assistance with in-depth product knowledge and excellent communication skills. Your goal will be to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Take full ownership of customer issues from initial contact through to resolution, including diagnosing problems and providing updates.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members and developers by logging support tickets and following up.
- Create instant set-ups via live chat, share relevant articles, and create snippets.
- Contribute to the improvement of our support center by identifying outdated articles and reporting them to your lead.
Requirements
