About the Role

Sleek Marketing is seeking a highly organised and reliable Marketing Assistant to support the operational efficiency of the agency and contribute to our in-house email marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will ensure content is scheduled, clients are kept informed, and all tasks are completed seamlessly. You will also be instrumental in building and sending email campaigns for our brand using Kajabi and Go HighLevel, with full training provided. We provide the strategy and systems; your role is to execute them effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Client Work:

• Schedule and publish content across client social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Manage day-to-day client communications, providing updates, seeking approvals, and answering questions in group chats.
• Post client Stories at optimal times.
• Perform basic community management, including responding to comments and direct messages.
• Ensure smooth handover of assets from the creative team to clients.
• Escalate any significant issues or strategic questions to the CEO.

Email Marketing (for Sleek Marketing):

• Build and schedule email campaigns within Kajabi/Go HighLevel, following provided templates, copy, and strategy.
• Monitor email campaign performance and report on results.
• Maintain and segment email lists for accuracy and effectiveness.

Who We're Looking For

• Exceptional organisational skills with a strong affinity for systems and checklists.
• Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism, clarity, and a friendly tone.
• Proficiency in navigating social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Asana, Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite).
• A willingness and ability to learn new tools, including Kajabi and Go HighLevel (training provided).
• Reliability and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Comfort and aptitude for following established systems and processes.
• Seeking a stable, dedicated role within an agency environment.

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

• Previous experience with email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Kajabi or Go HighLevel.
• Experience working in a social media or marketing agency.
• Understanding of best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
