Technogym is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Cesena, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the onboarding journey.
• Contribute to broader Human Resources initiatives and employee relations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting.
• Solid understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
• Experience with Employee Relations and Onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
