About the Role

Technogym is seeking a motivated and experienced Profit Recovery Project Leader to join our Engineering team in Cesena, Italy. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead profit recovery projects within the company.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve profit recovery goals.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Leader.
• Demonstrated success in profit recovery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles.
• Familiarity with the wellness industry is a plus.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
