1citytour is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host at the entrance of the Museums. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic cultural environment.

About the Role

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our international visitors, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience as they enter the Museums. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, providing essential information, and assisting with any immediate needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet museum visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide information about museum exhibits, opening hours, and general visitor guidelines.
• Assist visitors with ticket-related inquiries or direct them to the appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve minor issues effectively.

Requirements

• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Italian language skills are not required.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hosting is a plus, but not strictly required as training will be provided.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help people.
• Availability: Ability to work a regular work contract.

What We Offer

• Salary: €1,200.00 - €1,400.00 per month, depending on the chosen working hours.
• Working Hours Options:
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, 5 working days per week.
  • Part-time: 30 hours per week, 3-4 working days per week.
  • Part-time: 25 hours per week, 3 working days per week.
• Contract: Permanent employment contract.
• Location: Work onsite in Rome, Italy.
• Start Date: Expected start date is August 11, 2025.
