About the Role

Amazon Italia Transport Srl is seeking an experienced Area Manager for our AMZL (Amazon Logistics) operations based in Padova. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient fulfillment and dispatch of customer orders, contributing directly to the success of our operations.

Requirements

• A relevant degree.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Demonstrated experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English.
• Proficiency in the local language is also required.
