About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Management and the Group COO, the Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's quality system. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of quality management principles and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the Group's quality system and process descriptions within the local company.
• Define and manage the company's overall quality system.
• Plan and execute monitoring activities across various processes and functional areas to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to relevant ISO standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality management, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of quality systems and process description.
• Experience with monitoring activities and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with ISO standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
