About the Role

Our client, a multinational manufacturing company with a global presence across over 70 countries, is seeking a Credit Collector to join their Shared Service Center in Padova. This is a permanent, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collect outstanding debts from clients in Spain or Portugal.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient credit collection processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential.
• Experience in Credit Collection.
• Familiarity with Shared Service Center operations.
• Ability to work effectively within a multinational environment.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
