About the Role

As an Area/Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure your area of the business keeps pace with demand. This role offers significant responsibility and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team to meet operational demands.
• Gain experience in operations management within an Amazon facility.
• Perform data analysis to inform operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or working towards a bachelor’s degree).
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
• Skills in leadership and team management.
• Understanding of operations management principles.
