About the Role

Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their team as a Graduate Shift Manager in the Emilia Romagna region. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their career in operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Please note that this position could be based in any Amazon Operations centre across the Emilia Romagna region, depending on availability and business needs. This is an on-site role, and relocation support will be provided as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing shift operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Performing data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Contributing to the smooth running of the operations centre.

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of study and working towards a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
