About the Role
Safe Haven Security is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our Builder Sales Support team. This 100% remote position is crucial for supporting the division’s sales efforts by managing call traffic and ensuring the smooth resolution and maintenance of customer accounts. You will be the authentic voice of Safe Haven, helping to resolve customer needs and maintain streamlined workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to facilitate account maintenance and manage incoming call traffic.
- Maintain an organized workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues.
- Serve as a key point of contact to help resolve customer needs effectively.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned for the Builder Concierge Sales team.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer-facing experience.
- Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a dedicated and disciplined mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum download/upload speed of 500 Mbps to support video conferencing, system tools, and call quality.
