We are seeking motivated Field Service Professionals to join our nationally recognized team in Youngstown, OH.

About the Role

As a Field Service Professional, you will be the face of Vivint, combining technical expertise with sales opportunities. You will install cutting-edge smart home technology, proactively identify customer needs, and sell upgraded solutions to ensure their peace of mind. This is a permanent, onsite position.

A Day in the Life

Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Excellence: Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Consultative Sales: Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Customer Education: Training homeowners on how to use their new smart home systems.
• Growth: Benefiting from consistent coaching and leadership training to advance within our national organization.

What We're Looking For

We hire for attitude and train for skill. Ideal candidates will have:

• A sales mindset; experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
• A customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport and act with integrity.
• Technical aptitude; experience in cable/satellite installation, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and required licensing.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs, climb ladders (up to 14 feet), work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
