About the Role
We are seeking a junior-level CPC Processor I Customer Support professional to join our remote team. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling inquiries related to medical records and data collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and conduct business on the telephone while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Respond accurately and timely to release of information related telephone calls and inquiries.
- Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries received via telephone, email, or written correspondence.
- Document all calls, inquiries, and resolutions in detail within our software systems.
- Follow all department and site-specific processes and procedures.
- Meet and maintain department productivity and quality assurance expectations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information encountered in the role.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and build good rapport with colleagues and management.
- Communicate any problems, complaints, or incidents immediately to management.
- Perform duties in accordance with provided training and direction.
- Attend mandatory employee in-service meetings and/or training sessions as directed.
- Maintain an acceptable attendance record and report to work as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Familiarity with Data Collaboration and Healthcare industries is a plus.
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
What We Offer
- Work Model: Fully Remote
- Contract: Permanent
- Schedule: Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, with 8.5-hour shifts determined by business needs.
- Pay: $15 USD per hour.
