• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, particularly those related to health, safety, and security.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Fluency in English is required.
