Room Attendant - Aman Venice

Aman Venice is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This is an on-site, contract position based in Venice, Italy.

As a Room Attendant, you will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and work in a fast-paced environment. This role is on-call and will be scheduled based on operational necessities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the hotel.
• Collect and distribute guest laundry.
• Clean all assigned areas of the hotel according to established standards and instructions.

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping and cleaning.
• Familiarity with guest laundry services.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on-call as per operational needs.
