Senior Travel Consultant (Remote)

BCD Travel is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our global team. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position based in the USA, serving clients across Latin America and the United States.

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they travel smart and achieve their goals. If you excel at communication and have a passion for customer service, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide expert consultation.
• Fulfill requests related to necessary travel regulations (e.g., DOT, TSA, passports, visas).
• Provide clients with essential industry information, including fare details, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships with clients.
• Continuously update and expand knowledge of various travel industries.

About You

• Extensive experience as a Travel Agent.
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
