About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a dedicated and proactive Technical Service, EHS Specialist to join our team in Monza, Italy. This is a mid-level, onsite position focused on supporting the management of health and safety, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement of functionality and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in HUDDLE activities across all departments to facilitate communication and drive workplace improvements.
• Develop and implement Machine Safety Assessments in compliance with the Machine Directive and relevant standards (e.g., SAT, URS).
• Plan and strategize for enhanced health and safety protocols.
• Support the ongoing management of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Health and Safety management.
• Knowledge of Machine Safety Assessment processes.
• Understanding of the Machine Directive and related compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different departments.
• Experience in developing and implementing safety strategies.
