About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Services, you will be instrumental in managing post-sales client relationships. Your focus will be on driving user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, ensuring successful campaign management, fostering client retention, and identifying account expansion opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI for our clients. This role requires leveraging your Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and develop innovative solutions that guarantee client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across diverse verticals.
- Develop unique campaign strategies utilizing the StackAdapt platform.
- Ensure client campaign success through regular reporting against goals, strategic solutions, and optimizations to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to the development of tools, procedures, and reports to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance regularly to optimize existing campaigns and recommend new opportunities.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training sessions.
- Provide strategic thought leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Travel up to 20% of the time.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising, including experience with DSPs and Ad Networks.
- Proven experience running campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or through a DSP as a self-serve user.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- A strong focus on account retention and revenue growth.
- The ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts and platform-specific knowledge.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising.
- Experience working with complex databases is a plus.
