Associate Analyst – Strategic Partner Enablement (Remote)
World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a motivated Associate Analyst to join our Strategic Partner Enablement team. This is a full-time, permanent remote position focused on supporting Business-to-Business (B2B) Integration solutions within our Supply Chain ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless data integrations with our customers, vendors, carriers, and other partners, contributing to WWT's mission of accelerating digital transformation.
About the Role
As an Associate Analyst, you will be a primary point of contact for triaging and resolving requests and incidents related to Supply Chain Integrations. You will also support the functional testing of new partner integrations. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with a team of Developers, Analysts, and Architects, utilizing and expanding a broad range of functional and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary triage point for new requests, break/fix tickets, and general inquiries related to Strategic Partner Integrations.
- Provide external-facing and end-user support to stakeholders reporting incidents.
- Assist in executing test scenarios to support in-development Integrations.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Partner Integrations peer group to review support trends, escalation risks, and identify areas where help is needed.
- Actively contribute during Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Team Retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center, supply chain, or incident queue management role.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL statements, with a general familiarity with basic database operations.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new skills, technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to act as a self-starter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic familiarity with integration-centric technologies such as RESTful APIs, AS2 Connectivity, cXML, JSON, SFTP, or EDI X12.
- Basic familiarity with Supply Chain services, processes, and tools.
- Experience working and collaborating with business and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS Forms (Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.).
- Basic familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies (e.g., Story Pointing, Grooming, Planning).
